A. Origineel op perkament, hoogte 329 mm., plica 62 mm., breedte 428 mm. Oud nummer XXIII. Aan een dubbele perkamenten strook hangt een fragment van het zegel der plebanie, in groene was. Twee transfixen, van 19 april 1485 en 27 juni 1505, werden aan dit stuk gehecht. Zie verder.
