A. Origineel op perkament, hoogte links 116 mm., rechts 105 mm., breedte 193 mm. Oud nummer V. Fragment van het spoelvormig zegel van de prior, in bruine was, uithangend aan een enkele strook perkament. Aan dit stuk is een transfix gehecht, zie akte van 4 oktober 1344.
